Mr. Jack and Karen Mitchell
He is the English language pastor officiating over the ceremony. Jack pastored a church Tony used to attend in Wheaton, and become a good friend in the course of it all. Karen and Jack have kindly helped us through many ideas through the wedding process. They now live in Budapest. We get together whenever they are in Illinois.

Tony met Eric his first week at college, and became quick and long-lasting friends. Over the years, Eric and Tony have biked hundreds of miles across Illinois, ate plenty of spaghetti, and taught in a county jail. Beth is an equally good friend, and the three of them spent many nights playing cards, chewing the fat, and enjoying the fresh central Illinois air on their porch. Eric's company houses Tony and Aliz's website (this one you are visiting now!) They have two kids.

David and Tony attended church together in Wheaton, and now spend time looking for the perfect chocolate malt.
Glenn JablonMr. Glenn Jablon
Glenn and Tony attended church together in Wheaton, and were running partners until Tony got lazy. Glenn is studying for the MCAT (exam to qualify for medical school) to become an optometrist.
Bob RobertsMr. Bob Roberts
Bob and Tony share trips to old bookstores, hot dog joints and Galyan's. He is married to Caroline, and has five kids. See Bob's cool bookstore where he sells rare and antiquarian books, and does fancy bookbinding.
Tim HuangDr. Tim Huang
Tim and Tony's friendship goes way back to early grade school. Aside from hanging out at Radio Shack and seeing movies at Chicago Ridge Mall, they also worked together at Dunlap's Restaurant as dishwashers where they enjoyed hot rolls and cheesecake. Tim is now a professor at Middlebury College, where he lives with his wife Chae.

Tony studied communications at Wheaton College with him, where they shared many cheeseburgers and talked about the New York Times. He is married to Judy and has two kids, and lives in Colorado Springs, Colo.

A great friend of Aliz in Budapest. Vanda came to visit, and we were able to all go to Starved Rock State Park to hike along the canyons and ravines and grill a tasty lunch.

Annette is a great friend of Aliz in Budapest. She visited here (Chicagoland) two years ago, and we enjoyed church on Easter at the Rock of Our Salvation Church on Chicago's west side. That's a traditional black gospel church which did a 20 minute versioon of "Oh Happy Day." We also saw the Michael Jordan statue at the United Center.

Long-time friend of Aliz. They would take evening walks in the parks in Pécs. Judit is an amateur photographer, enjoys computer science, and is married to János, with whom she has one son, Márton.

The Molnars are great friends of Mr. and Mrs. Rangos. He loves photography and editing. He's married to Vera.

Oliver was Tony's professor at Wheaton College. We also worked near each other in the Loop, and rode the train together for a year or so. He's married to Priscilla and has three children.

Tim was one of Tony's college roommates at Illinois State University. In a recent visit to Atlanta where the Judson's live, Tony and Tim explored the famous and huge Varsity Drive-in. Tim and Melissa have a terrific sense of humor, and especially enjoy watching kudzu grow in their lawn, believing it to be the perfect plant.

Jacque and Tony ran into each other when they lived on the same floor of the LaFayette Building in Bloomington. They'd explore the old houses along the perimeter of Franklin Park.

Tony attended church in Normal, Ill. with Bruce. Bruce introduced Tony to Taco Bell. He is married to Christine and has two children.

Jeff and Tony hung out a lot while Tony lived in Bloomington, eating frequently at Steak and Shake. Jeff is a music expert, and is a warehouse of pop music knowledge.
Kati CzakoMiss Kati Czako
Kati was Aliz's roommate in America, and has become a dear friend. She is an excellent artist, and has done wall murals for some of the finest homes in the area.
Larry SlaterMr. Larry Slater
Tony met Larry soon after moving to Wheaton, and later became roommates, staying up all night to talk about computers, running and life in small towns. You may notice a strong resemblance to musician Van Morrison.
Steven KnoerrMr. Steven Knoerr
Steven and Tony attended Shepard high school together. Now they make coffee and tea pilgrimages and talk about books. He is married to Susie and has one son.
Charlie DillonMr. Charlie Dillon
Charlie and Tony attended Shepard high school together, and now share management responsibilities of their HS alumni class website. Charlie's an expert in presidential history and trivia.
Peewee the DogPeewee the Dog
Aliz played with Peewee while Peewee's family vacationed. She loves grass sniffing, treat eating and begging. Peewee is single, with no children.

Tony's running partner who is now back home with his wife in Australia. Many hard miles and good conversations were enjoyed on the Illinois State Prairie Path.

Aliz loved spending time with them, and their three children, Addy, Aiden and Tristan. They now live in Vancouver, Canada.

They met way back in Bloomington, Ill. in the early 1990s, but didn't become friends until Kristi moved to Wheaton. They explored the local ice cream parlors, and the Wheaton Recreation Center indoor track. She now lives in central Africa.
