Harry Potter Humorous Poetry Contest

We know you like Harry Potter. We know you like good literature. Now let's have some fun with it all.

No prizes, but the winner will get his or poem posted prominently on my site with your name and city. You will have the sheer joy of being able to point to your place on the web, strut around, and say, "I did that and they liked it." The winning poetry will be posted at our Harry Potter page. Or, Search Harry Potter books in Hungarian

You win nothing, but it costs nothing. The Washington Post will not be notified, and the Budapest Sun may not hear about it either. J. K. Rowling is free to submit, but she will face the same scrutiny as the rest of you muggles. :)

Submit your poem in the body of an e-mail. No attachments. Winner will be notified by e-mail. If something particularly good comes across our desk, we just might send you something (probably a funny book, and not necessarily new, but what can you do?)

By the way, buying our stuff won't increase your chances of winning, but it will increase our chances of going to London!

Keep it 10 lines or under. No exceptions.

7
My bias? I like Dorothy Parker, Mark Twain, Will Rogers and Dave Barry as literary humorists.

8
Parodies of great poems are fun.

9
Bonus points to anyone who works a Hungarian theme into the poem.

10
More bonus points if you write it in Hungarian.
